Star Wars: Galactic Racer launches worldwide on October 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Amazon Prime members in eligible regions can also stream its single-player campaign on Amazon Luna at no additional cost, according to a report published on launch day. That is streamed access—not a free downloadable copy of the game.
What “free to download” means for Galactic Racer
The reported free Star Wars Galactic Racer offer is access to the single-player campaign through Amazon Luna for Prime members in eligible regions. The game is streamed rather than downloaded as a free copy for a console or PC. The report does not specify which regions qualify or say that the offer includes multiplayer.

Amazon’s Head of Gaming, Jeff Gattis, said, “Luna players can jump into the single-player campaign today without needing to own a console or wait for a lengthy download.” This is Amazon’s description of the offer, as quoted by Creative Bloq; it is not a guarantee of access in every region or on every device.
