Is Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on PC?
Yes. EA announced a PC client in 2024 and later said Early Access on the EA App was open to all players. EA’s current PC materials still describe the client as Early Access, and no final-release date is stated. EA’s Early Access notice is the clearest availability update; the EA Store listing also contains legal language describing prerelease software, so its beta-access wording should not be read as contradicting EA’s separate all-player Early Access announcement.
This is a PC client for the existing mobile game, not a separately designed RPG. StarWars.com describes Galaxy of Heroes as a turn-based RPG centered on collecting, upgrading, and battling with characters from across the franchise. StarWars.com’s game overview provides that broader description.
Can I play my mobile account on PC?
Yes, provided the game account is linked to an EA Account. EA Help says transfer to PC is available only through that link; a Google Play or Game Center connection by itself is not identified as sufficient for PC transfer.

- Open the game’s Settings menu and choose Connect / EA Connect.
- Link the game account to your EA Account by following the in-game prompts.
- Install and launch the PC client through the EA App, then use the linked EA Account to access the account on PC.
EA Help’s account-management instructions explain the linking process. If the account you expect does not appear on PC, verify the EA Account link on the device with the original progress before proceeding with another account.
What does the PC version change?
The PC client adds conveniences for playing on a computer, but not a different combat system. The STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes Development Team said in its April 4, 2024 announcement, “The core gameplay experience of Galaxy of Heroes remains unchanged with the PC Client.” Its stated aim was “to give players more ways to enjoy their time on the Holotable in a seamless cross-platform experience.” EA’s announcement lists the PC features.

Those are platform conveniences; EA’s description does not indicate different battles, character progression, or game modes on PC. EA’s materials also do not establish that purchases or offers are priced identically across PC and mobile.
What are the PC requirements?
The EA Store lists the following Windows requirements. The listing specifies an online connection and 2.5 GB of storage for both tiers.

Is the PC client free?
EA lists the standard game at USD 0.00 in its Store. EA’s disclosures also identify in-game purchases, including random items. The cited EA materials do not establish price or offer parity between PC and mobile, so do not assume that a particular offer appears or costs the same on both platforms. Do you need a special keyboard or mouse?
No specialist device is identified as a requirement. EA describes keyboard and mouse support as part of the PC client, but the Store’s system requirements do not call for gaming-specific peripherals. A standard keyboard and mouse are optional conveniences if you prefer physical controls over playing on a phone screen.
