The Queen of Sauce is Stardew Valley’s in-game TV cooking show. Its 32 Sunday recipes begin airing on Spring 7, Year 1, and the schedule repeats every two in-game years. If you miss an episode, Wednesday reruns may teach previously aired recipes, while the in-game Queen Of Sauce Cookbook teaches all of your remaining recipes from the show at once.
How the Queen of Sauce works
Tune in to the farmhouse television on a Sunday to watch the show. When an episode airs, watching it teaches you that recipe if you do not already know it. The Sunday schedule contains 32 recipes across Years 1 and 2, then repeats on the same two-year cycle.
Wednesday episodes are reruns rather than a second fixed schedule. The game selects from recipes aired on earlier Sundays and prioritizes recipes still unknown to at least one player. That makes reruns useful for catching up, but there is no guaranteed date-by-date recovery order.

What to do if you miss an episode
- Check Wednesday reruns. A rerun can teach a recipe from a previous Sunday that you do not know. Selection is random with priority for recipes unknown to at least one player, so a particular recipe is not guaranteed on a particular Wednesday.
- Watch the original episode when it returns. The two-year cycle repeats, so missed Sunday recipes appear again on their scheduled dates in the next cycle.
- Read the in-game Queen Of Sauce Cookbook. It teaches all remaining recipes from the show immediately, including episodes that have not aired yet.
There is one calendar exception: if Green Rain occurs on a Sunday or Wednesday, that day’s corresponding episode is unavailable.

Does every episode unlock a recipe only available on TV?
No. Some dishes shown on the program also have another source: the Stardrop Saloon offers Omelet, Pancakes, Maki Roll, Bread, Tortilla, Pizza, and Hashbrowns. The schedule is therefore a guide to the show’s 32 episodes, not a complete list of every cooking recipe in Stardew Valley or every way to learn them.
