The Stormhawk Axe is an axe-class melee armament. Eldenpedia lists its base physical attack as 130, critical value as 100, weight as 5.5, physical guard negation as 49, and guard boost as 31. Its listed attribute scaling is D in both Strength and Dexterity. The weapon’s description says it is designed to resemble a hawk, with its wings forming the blade. It calls it the signature weapon of warriors who strive to remain one with the storm despite being far from their birthplace, and describes their hearts as proud and easily undone. What Thunderstorm does
Thunderstorm is the Stormhawk Axe’s unique skill. Its listed initial FP cost is 19, with 12 FP for the follow-up input. The skill description says the wing blade is imbued with lightning and swung around to create a storm; you can then continue with spinning attacks. Where to find the Stormhawk Axe
There are two fixed pickups, plus a Nepheli Loux-related route. The locations below are reported by Eldenpedia, with Game8 also confirming the Leyndell pickup.
Fortified Manor courtyard, Leyndell
Search the courtyard outside the Fortified Manor in Leyndell, where Abductor Virgin enemies roam. Game8 describes the pickup as being in the Fortified Manor garden area. Eldenpedia; Game8.

Castle Sol rooftop
A second fixed Stormhawk Axe is on a rooftop in Castle Sol, near the painting, according to Eldenpedia’s location listing. Eldenpedia’s location reference.
Nepheli Loux
Eldenpedia reports that two Stormhawk Axes can be looted from Nepheli Loux if she is killed in the Village of the Albinaurics. Depending on quest progression, the axes can instead be found where she previously stood after the Erdtree is burned.
