What “Free to Keep” means
Steam’s Free to Keep label means a game is available through a time-limited giveaway or 100% discount. It is not the same as a game that is permanently free to acquire, or a free weekend that grants temporary access. Valve explains the distinction in its Steamworks Free to Keep documentation.
If the offer is still live, claim Pony Island through its Steam store page before the displayed deadline. A Free to Keep promotion is meant to let customers retain the game after claiming it during the promotion, rather than lose access when a free weekend ends.
