Use the Runemaker
- Enhance the weapon, armor, or pickaxe until it has an available rune slot.
- Take the equipment and rune to a Runemaker station. The Fandom guide says stations are available in each world, and The Forge Database identifies the Runemaker as the rune service NPC.
- Use the Runemaker interface to apply the rune to a compatible item and slot. Follow the displayed compatibility and confirmation prompts; the guides do not establish the current interface wording or any additional costs.
