The House of the Dead: Overkill – The Lost Reels was released for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch on April 25, 2013. It is not a new iOS launch: the game was a mobile adaptation of the Wii title, and later reporting said it was removed from Apple’s iOS App Store. Whether it is available in a particular storefront now—or can still be redownloaded by previous purchasers—is not established by the available sources.

Can you download The Lost Reels on iPhone today?
Current availability is unresolved. Pocket Gamer reported in 2015 that The Lost Reels was among older SEGA titles removed from the iOS App Store. Accordingly, a mention that the game was “now available” refers to its 2013 launch and should not be read as confirmation that it can be installed now. The cited sources also do not establish present-day compatibility with particular iPhone or iPad models or iOS versions.
How does the iOS game relate to the Wii version?
The Lost Reels was a mobile port of The House of the Dead: Overkill, the Wii game. They are separate platform releases: the former was designed for iOS devices and included mobile control options, while the latter is a Wii console product. The Wii game may interest players looking for the console original, but it is not an iPhone or iPad download, and the available sources do not establish current stock, price, edition, or condition.
