The Game Pass arrival coincided with the game’s version 1.0 release beyond Xbox. Ubisoft’s launch announcement listed Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Cloud, PlayStation 5, and PC through Steam, Ubisoft Connect, and the Epic Games Store. What kind of game is The Rogue Prince of Persia?
It is a single-player 2D action roguelike developed by Evil Empire in partnership with publisher Ubisoft. The official launch description sets up a Hun invasion of the Persian capital after the Prince’s actions; following a disastrous first fight, he wakes at an oasis and makes repeated attempts to fight through the city.
