THQ Nordic said its asset purchase agreement with NovaLogic had closed on October 31, 2016. The deal covered “all games and/or projects owned by NovaLogic,” including Delta Force and several other named franchises. The announcement’s list was only an extract, however, and the sources available here do not establish who owns each right today or where every legacy game can currently be bought.
What THQ Nordic said it acquired
In its October 31, 2016 announcement, THQ Nordic described the completed asset purchase as covering all games and/or projects owned by NovaLogic. It introduced the names below as an “extract of the acquired franchises and brands,” so the list should not be read as a complete inventory.

THQ Nordic’s acquisition announcement
What else was included in the transaction
THQ Nordic’s 2016 annual report, published in February 2017, says the acquired assets also included domains, franchises, equipment and intangible assets related to existing games and unlaunched projects. The company described the portfolio as “some 30 games based on around 5 franchises”—approximate figures, not an exact audited count.

Was a Delta Force sequel announced?
No. In 2016, THQ Nordic Business and Product Development Director Reinhard Pollice said the company was interested in continuing some of the franchises and was open to talking with developers who proposed sequel concepts. That was an expression of interest, not confirmation that a particular sequel had been funded or was in development.

NovaLogic founder, owner and CEO John Garcia described the handover as passing the baton after 30 years of making games. Both statements were made in the announcement of the deal and describe the parties’ views at that time.
What the price was—and was not
THQ Nordic did not disclose a NovaLogic-specific purchase price in its announcement. The annual report’s SEK 22.6 million figure is the company’s total investment in IP acquisitions during 2016; it is not the price paid for NovaLogic.

Who owns the rights now, and are the games available?
The 2016 announcement establishes what THQ Nordic said it acquired at the time, but the sources cited here do not establish whether any NovaLogic rights were subsequently assigned, licensed or transferred. They also do not confirm current storefront availability title by title.
THQ Nordic’s current games catalog does not establish whether legacy NovaLogic games are available elsewhere or whether rights have changed hands. Likewise, a later Embracer Group announcement about other rights transfers does not address NovaLogic. A current ownership or availability answer therefore requires confirmation from a relevant rights holder or the specific storefront.
