It can randomly drop from Snake Sheriffs, and the Court of Illumination shrine in Chapter 4 is a suggested place to farm one. Its effect briefly increases Attack after you see through an enemy, but the listed description gives no duration or numerical increase.
What the Tiger Tendon Belt does
The Curio’s listed effect is: “For a brief moment after seeing through the enemy, considerably increases Attack.” The wording is qualitative: available item references do not specify how many seconds the boost lasts or how much Attack it adds. They also do not establish an exact definition of “seeing through” or provide enough primary evidence to equate it with a particular defensive counter mechanic.
Where to find the Tiger Tendon Belt
The Tiger Tendon Belt is reported as a random drop from Snake Sheriffs, not a guaranteed reward. A suggested farming spot is the Court of Illumination shrine in the Temple of Yellow Flower, Chapter 4. From the shrine, turn back past the gate and look to the left, around the water near two Staff Daoists, for a Snake Sheriff.
Defeat the Snake Sheriff and repeat the route if needed. The available guides do not state a drop rate or a predictable number of attempts, so finding the enemy does not guarantee the Curio.
