How does progression work?
The publisher describes the game as a first-person mystery and survival adventure aboard the RMS Titanic. You begin as a private investigator during the voyage, examining a suspicious death, questioning passengers, gathering clues, solving environmental puzzles, and using tools to access locked rooms and restricted areas. The story then shifts into survival as the ship sinks: water, failing lights, tilting corridors, and changing routes create new hazards. Free Roam is separate from the story route
Patch 1.0.2, announced August 31, 2026, added Free Roam. It lets players revisit and explore the ship without following the main story route, investigation objectives, or survival sequence, including for screenshots and atmosphere. Historical progression fixes
The developer’s August 25, 2026 Patch 1.0.1 announcement says it fixed a reported issue in Sinclair’s Room where inspecting a doorknob could lock player movement. Patch 1.0.2 also fixed a Continue issue that could return players to the main menu instead of loading Level 5.
