The endpoint can change when Digital Extremes releases another Tau chapter. The practical order is therefore to complete the established chain through Prologue to Tau, verify your prerequisites in the Codex, and treat separate branches or the temporary Taubound operation as different content.

The official Quest Guide organizes Warframe’s story into arcs, while current quest taxonomies also separate optional branches and one-off quests. Your Codex may expose content earlier than its narrative position, or show a branch alongside the main path. That does not create a second post-Tau successor.

What quests are inside Prologue to Tau?
Current quest information treats Prologue to Tau as a narrative arc made from mini-quests. Its internal chronology begins with Lua, followed by Vessel, and then an additional mini-quest whose name is not yet established in the available listing.

The official announcement distinguishes the event’s rewards and dialogue from the permanent Codex quest. Completing or seeing Taubound content therefore does not insert an extra step between The Old Peace and Prologue to Tau, nor does it create a quest after the Prologue.
Where do Duviri, Jade Shadows, and Angels of the Zariman fit?
These entries should not be inserted as mandatory quests after Prologue to Tau. They are branches or separate one-off content in the current taxonomy, and Duviri is grouped with New War-related story material even though it can become available earlier.
Duviri Paradox

For release status and permanence, use the announcement. For the displayed order and the prerequisites, use the current quest listing. Reading the two together explains why a guide page can omit the newest endpoint while the game and newer quest information already recognize it.
What should I do when there is no quest after Prologue to Tau?
