To find out which EA Account is linked to your Steam account, sign in to the EA Account you suspect and check Connected Accounts in EA Account settings. EA says this page shows the platform accounts linked to the account you’re signed into. Steam does not provide a public way to identify the linked EA Account for someone who cannot access it.
How to check which EA Account is linked to Steam
- Sign in to the EA Account you think you used when you first played an EA game through Steam.
- Open EA Account settings and select Connected Accounts.
- Look for Steam in the list. If it appears, that Steam account is connected to the EA Account you are signed into.
- If Steam is not listed, check any other EA Accounts you own before concluding there is no link.
EA says you need to link accounts the first time you play an EA game on Steam. The account used during that sign-in flow may help you recognize the EA Account, but your Steam profile alone does not establish which EA Account is linked.

What if you cannot access the EA Account?
Try recovering the EA Account you believe was used, or contact EA support for help with the account. EA’s public guidance describes checking connections from inside the signed-in EA Account; it does not offer a public lookup that reveals a private account link from a Steam profile.
Should you unlink Steam and connect it to another EA Account?
Recovering the existing EA Account is usually the safer first step if you want to regain access to its games or progress. Unlinking is not a way to transfer content to another account: EA warns that Steam entitlements such as rewards, points, and items remain on the EA Account to which Steam was first linked, and users cannot move games or personas themselves.

EA also warns that unlinking may affect game progress, DLC and expansions, memberships or subscriptions, rewards, and in-game purchases. Before making a change, read the warning shown for your account and confirm that you are willing to accept the consequences.
EA’s unlinking limit and eligibility
EA’s current unlink instructions say linked accounts can be switched up to three times in a rolling year. Eligibility can depend on the account’s history, so do not assume that a particular relink date or interval applies to every account. Follow the account-specific warning or ask EA support before unlinking.

To unlink, open Connected Accounts, choose Unlink beside the platform account, review the disclaimer, and complete identity verification if EA requests it.
