For ARC Raiders’ Frozen Trail transition, claimed Raider Deck rewards stayed unlocked, and rewards players had missed moved into the free Legacy Reward Pass. That confirmed change does not establish a universal rule for every future seasonal Reward Pass: Embark’s reviewed announcements do not promise that unfinished progress will always carry over.
What happened to Raider Deck rewards during the Frozen Trail change?
Frozen Trail replaced the Raider Deck system with Reward Passes. Embark’s Live Update 1.45.0, last updated September 8, 2026, says: “All existing Raider Deck rewards will also be available in the new system. You will keep any rewards you have already claimed at the time of the update.” In practice, the transition protected claimed rewards and provided a route to earn missed Raider Deck rewards through a separate Legacy Reward Pass.

The official Reward Pass announcement describes that pass as a consolidation of the older reward pool: “The Legacy Reward Pass combines all of the cosmetic rewards and Raider Tokens in Raider Decks into a single Free Pass.” It says players can progress through the Legacy pass to earn rewards they missed in the old Raider Deck system. The Legacy pass is therefore the documented bridge between Raider Decks and Reward Passes—not evidence that every new seasonal pass will work the same way.
Do rewards carry over if they are claimed or still locked?
The outcome depends on the reward’s state at the transition. Embark explicitly confirmed that claimed Raider Deck rewards would be kept; unclaimed Raider Deck rewards were represented in the Legacy Reward Pass for players to earn.

| Reward situation | What Embark documented | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Already claimed from a Raider Deck | Live Update 1.45.0 says claimed rewards would be kept. | The reward remained unlocked through the Frozen Trail system change. |
| Still locked in an old Raider Deck | The Reward Pass announcement says missed Raider Deck rewards were included in the Legacy Reward Pass. | Players could continue earning eligible missed rewards in that free pass rather than losing them at the transition. |
| In a future seasonal Reward Pass | The reviewed official materials do not state a universal carryover rule. | Do not assume an unfinished future pass will remain available or transfer to another pass; check its specific announcement. |
This distinction matters: “carry over” can mean preserving something already earned, keeping unfinished progress, or making the same reward available in a later pass. Embark addressed the first two outcomes for the Raider Deck-to-Legacy transition, but not as a blanket promise about future Reward Passes.
Can I still earn old Raider Deck rewards?
For missed rewards from the old Raider Deck system, Embark’s stated route is the Legacy Reward Pass. The official explanation says it combines Raider Deck cosmetics and Raider Tokens into one free pass and lets players earn rewards they missed.

The official ARC Raiders Help Center’s Store Update 2.2.0 confirms that Reward Passes and Feats are ongoing systems. That confirmation does not, by itself, promise that every older or future pass will remain accessible indefinitely. The specific documented recovery route here applies to Raider Deck rewards included in the Legacy Reward Pass.

What is not confirmed about future seasonal passes?
The official materials reviewed describe the Frozen Trail conversion, but do not clearly publish a rule that unfinished progress in every seasonal Reward Pass automatically transfers to the next one. They also do not establish that each future pass or its rewards will stay available forever.
As a result, treat future passes as pass-specific unless Embark announces otherwise. Before a pass ends or changes, consult its official announcement for the end date, what happens to unclaimed rewards, and whether progress or rewards remain accessible afterward. The Raider Deck precedent is useful context, but it is not a guarantee for a different system transition.
Does your Embark ID affect whether rewards are available?
Yes. Embark’s account documentation says an Embark ID stores a player’s progress and cosmetics. It also warns that relinking a platform account to a different Embark ID does not transfer progress, earned rewards, or cosmetics.

If rewards appear to be missing after switching or relinking accounts, first check whether the game is connected to the Embark ID that held the original progress. Do not treat an account relink as a way to move claimed rewards or pass progress between Embark IDs; the official documentation says that data does not transfer.
How should I interpret a missing reward?
Start by identifying which reward system it came from and whether it was claimed before the transition. The official notes support different answers for claimed Raider Deck rewards, missed Raider Deck rewards, and rewards in later seasonal passes.
- Previously claimed Raider Deck reward: Live Update 1.45.0 says claimed rewards were kept. Confirm you are using the Embark ID that held the reward.
- Unclaimed Raider Deck reward: Look for it in the Legacy Reward Pass, which Embark says contains missed Raider Deck rewards.
- Reward from a future seasonal pass: Check that pass’s own official announcement; a general automatic carryover policy is not established in the reviewed materials.
- Reward missing after account relinking: Check the linked Embark ID. Embark says progress, earned rewards, and cosmetics do not move to a different Embark ID.
These checks distinguish a reward that should have been preserved under the documented Frozen Trail transition from a reward whose later availability has not been promised. If the right Embark ID is connected and an eligible Raider Deck reward is still missing from the Legacy Reward Pass, consult ARC Raiders’ official support information for account-specific help.

What the official statements do—and do not—promise
The narrow, confirmed answer is yes: claimed Raider Deck rewards survived the Frozen Trail change, and missed Raider Deck rewards were made earnable through the Legacy Reward Pass. The wider claim that all battle-pass rewards always carry between seasons is not supported by those statements.
Keep the system and the reward state in view when evaluating any carryover claim. A stated transition for old Raider Deck rewards is not the same as a policy for unfinished progress in a future seasonal Reward Pass. For a later pass, only its own terms or an explicit Embark announcement can settle what happens at the end.

Do I have to buy an old Raider Deck to get its missed rewards?
The Reward Pass announcement says missed Raider Deck rewards can be earned in the Legacy Reward Pass, but the materials reviewed do not specify a purchase requirement for any particular player or account. Check the in-game pass and its official announcement for current access details.
