Is bluestacks-x.exe safe, or is it a virus?

How do I find and verify BlueStacks X.exe?
Task Manager can take you from a running process to the exact file Windows launched. Verify the file before deleting anything.

Persistent high usage deserves investigation, especially when no BlueStacks window is open.
