What does “Bourgeon Skin” mean?
It is an in-game encounter term, not an established skincare brand in the sources available. The encounter transcript identifies the character as the Bourgeon and shows it asking for skin. A game-guide search result translates the French phrase “Peau de bourgeon” as “Bourgeon Skin,” but the guide itself could not be opened, so that exact item-name translation is less certain than the dialogue describing the encounter.

The Bourgeon explains its request in short phrases: “Yes. Skin. Eat skin. My kind. Grow!” It wants to grow so it can reach a distant figure it calls its Mistress.
What do you do with Bourgeon Skin?
Give the requested skin to the Bourgeon. In the transcript, Lune interprets its request as needing skin from the same type of Nevron, kills and skins one, then brings the skin to the Bourgeon. Afterward, the Bourgeon says it has grown and offers a reward.
