Solid Edge 2020 records also list CustomChangeLocalebinChangeLocale.exe and the source files used for that project. The name suggests a locale-related utility, but the available records establish the Solid Edge association rather than documenting every function of every build.
That association does not make every file with this name trustworthy. Malware can use a familiar filename, and an otherwise legitimate file can be damaged or replaced. Treat the name as a starting clue, then verify the particular copy on your PC.

If the file is in an unexpected location or a scan detects it, first preserve the path, signer, hash, and detection name. Quarantine or remove it using your security software after confirming that it is not required by the installed Solid Edge release.
