Microsoft distinguishes potentially unwanted apps from malware. An app can perform behavior you do not want without meeting Microsoft’s malware classification, so the appropriate response is verification and scanning rather than assuming every unfamiliar executable is infected.
Why did Windows show a warning for folha10.exe?

How do I investigate folha10.exe without running it?
Use this sequence before opening, unblocking, deleting, or replacing the file.
- Stop launching it. Do not double-click the executable as a test, and do not use a command prompt or shortcut to bypass a warning. If an application starts it automatically, close that application while you investigate.
- Record the exact location. In File Explorer, right-click the file, choose Properties, and note the complete path shown on the General tab. - Scan the file before opening it. Right-click it in File Explorer and use the available Microsoft Defender scan command, or scan it with another current antivirus product. Wait for the result; do not rely on a scan performed before the file finished downloading.
- Preserve the evidence. Keep the exact error text, path, publisher details, and scan result. A screenshot or copied message is more useful to the application vendor or a technician than the filename by itself.
- Decide whether to quarantine, retain, or remove it. If protection identifies malware, follow the product’s quarantine or removal action. If it is clean but belongs to an application you need, do not delete it until you know how that application will be repaired or reinstalled.

Return to Properties and review the security notice and publisher. If the file is from a source you explicitly trust, the publisher and expected file type match, and an antivirus scan is clean, you can consider selecting Unblock and applying the change. Microsoft’s rule is “Only unblock files from trusted sources.” If any part of that condition is uncertain, leave it blocked and obtain a fresh copy from the application’s official distribution channel instead.
The message says the file is missing, cannot be found, or cannot be accessed
Do not download a random replacement named folha10.exe. First identify the application that requests it and whether security software quarantined the original. Use that application’s own repair or reinstall option, or reinstall it from the publisher you chose. If the file was detected as unwanted or malicious, restoring it merely to silence an error can reintroduce the threat; resolve the detection with updated protection and the vendor’s instructions.

Capture the entire crash or startup message, the application name and version, and the executable path. Check whether the problem began after a download, update, or security action.
