Is sff2pcx.exe a Windows system process?

Check Microsoft Defender manually

3. Check output permissions and name collisions
The utility must be able to create both the manifest and the image directory. A protected location, read-only media, controlled-folder-access rule, or an existing output directory with restrictive permissions can block creation. Test in a new folder under your user profile, such as a dedicated MUGEN work directory, and ensure there is free disk space.

Should I delete sff2pcx.exe?
