tos.exe is most commonly the Windows launcher and patcher for Tree of Savior. The expected game path is TreeOfSaviorreleasepatchtos.exe, and the executable is associated with IMC Games. - Parent application: Decide which program should own the file. Tree of Savior is the documented match, but the basename is also used elsewhere.

Only Client_tos.exe is present
The Tree of Savior forum specifically distinguishes Client_tos.exe from the patcher. They have different functions, so renaming the client executable to tos.exe can leave the launcher unable to perform the operation it expects.
