How do I verify xd_sp.exe safely?

How do I fix xd_sp.exe errors when Adobe XD is legitimate?

Microsoft distinguishes potentially unwanted applications from confirmed malware. A potentially unwanted application can be blocked yet remain on disk until you select an action. Choose the available removal or quarantine action, restart, and run another scan. If suspicion persists, run the offline scan and keep the computer disconnected from sensitive accounts until the result is clear.
