Choose what you want from it before using the Fist of Darkness: take it to the Dark Arena to summon Darkbeard, process it at the Secret Laboratory to start the Cyborg quest’s Core Brain step, or save it for the Slayer Skin route. The Fist cannot be stored and is lost if you die or leave the game, so it is worth preparing before committing it.

Use it to summon Darkbeard
- Carry the Fist of Darkness to the Dark Arena.
- Walk into the altar in the middle of the arena to summon Darkbeard.
- Be ready to fight when the game displays the system message, “The power of darkness has been unleashed”. The community wiki reports that Darkbeard despawns after 15 minutes.
Because dying or leaving removes the Fist, gather any players and prepare for the encounter before approaching the altar. The reported boss timing and system message are documented on the Darkbeard community-wiki page.
Use it to start the Cyborg quest step
- Go to Hot and Cold and enter the Secret Laboratory.
- Interact with the capsule/button to process the Fist.
- Continue by obtaining a Core Brain from Order.
The community wiki transcribes the lab prompt as: “Your <Fist of Darkness> has been processed. Please supply a <Core Brain> to continue.” It reports that processing remains complete after leaving and rejoining, so this use differs from carrying the Fist around: the item is spent, but the step is retained. Save it for the Slayer Skin route
If Slayer Skin is your target, do not spend your only Fist on Darkbeard or Cyborg without first checking the rest of the route. The community-wiki guidance describes one Fist being used to summon Darkbeard and another at the Graveyard door, and lists race prerequisites. Treat those requirements as update-sensitive and confirm what your character still needs in-game. The Slayer Skin page gives the supporting route.

The Blox Fruits Wiki lists Sea Beast drops and chest finds as ways to obtain the Fist. Its item page, updated September 27, 2026, reports a 2.5% Sea Beast drop chance and a four-hour chest-spawn interval. These are community-wiki claims, not developer-published guarantees, and may change.
- The Fist cannot be stored or dropped.
- It disappears if you die or leave the game.
- Decide on a route and make the necessary preparations before setting out with it.
