Confirm which Atari 2600 device you have

Charge the My Play Watch with its magnetic connection
- Connect the USB end of the watch’s magnetic charger to a USB power source.
- Attach the magnetic end to the watch and make sure it is connected.
- If the battery may be depleted, leave it charging for 2–3 hours. The manual gives this as the possible time to fully charge a low battery; a brief connection is not enough to establish that the watch has failed.

Reboot it if it remains unresponsive
After trying the charging steps, hold the crown button for five seconds to perform the reboot described in the manual. If the watch still does not respond, contact the retailer that sold it or consult Atari’s hardware-support page. Atari says licensed products bought from other retailers should be supported through the retailer for support and return information; the page does not establish that the My Play Watch is currently listed among Atari’s first-party hardware products.
If the magnetic charger is missing or damaged
Look for a replacement magnetic USB charger matched to the My Play Watch, not an ordinary USB cable. No specific compatible replacement model or current stock is established here, so confirm the model and connector with Atari or the seller before buying. The manual identifies the charger type, but does not verify third-party replacements.
