The separate Night Wolf & Crimson Werewolf Evolving Bundle offered a four-part questline that turned the purchased Night Wolf Bundle into the Crimson Werewolf set.
When did the Winter Tales event run?
Techland announced Winter Tales: Gifts from Above 2025 on 18 December 2025. Its stated event window was 15 December 2025 through 8 January 2026, so the event has ended. It should not be confused with a winter event currently running in 2026.

The event arrived alongside Update 1.26, which included game fixes and improvements, including co-op fixes. The update and the seasonal event were related in timing, but they were not the same thing.
What did the winter event include?
Villedor received snow, lights, and holiday decorations, alongside seasonal activities, weekly goals, and bounties. Techland said players could earn Candies and Reputation to unlock rewards, including Frost weapon variants, the Skoll Axe blueprint, and other seasonal items.

Reputation levels also granted Santa’s Letters. Players could use the letters to trigger airdrop deliveries guarded by Uncle Snow and undead enemies.
How did the Night Wolf Evolving Bundle work?
The Evolving Bundle was a separate purchase and progression path, not one of the seasonal event’s rewards. Techland described the idea as “Introducing Evolving Bundles-gear that grows with you!” For this bundle, players purchased Night Wolf and completed a four-part questline to evolve it into the Crimson Werewolf set. The progression was described as unlocking stronger outfits, weapons, and paraglider upgrades.

The announcement does not give the price, regional availability, platform-specific purchase terms, or objectives for the four quest parts. It also does not say the bundle is included with a particular edition of the game.
Is the event or bundle available now?
The Winter Tales event’s announced dates have passed, so its event activities were not described as currently available. The announcement does not establish whether the Night Wolf & Crimson Werewolf bundle can still be purchased or accessed. Check the relevant platform storefront for current availability and terms rather than assuming the bundle is included or still on sale.

The Xbox storefront lists Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition in the Dying Light: Human & Beast Bundle. That listing confirms the edition name, but it does not establish that Reloaded Edition includes Night Wolf or Crimson Werewolf.
