Who is Enzo Favara?
Enzo is the protagonist. After a childhood spent in forced labor, he fights to survive and prove his worth to the Torrisi crime family. The story centers on his place in that family and the world of organized crime in Sicily.

Does the Man of Honor expansion have the same setting year?
No. The later Man of Honor expansion is set in Sicily in 1905, one year after the base game. 2K says it adds two chapters featuring Enzo Favara and Ennio Salieri. Keep that expansion’s date separate from the base game’s 1904 setting. See 2K’s expansion announcement for its details.
