When did the Gong cha x FINAL FANTASY XIV collaboration start?
Square Enix announced the campaign for Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Its stated promotion period ran through Wednesday, August 28, 2024. The official announcement does not establish that the original offer remains available now. Square Enix’s campaign announcement has the original terms.

What was included in the campaign?
Three themed drinks
- Fat Cat Brown Sugar Milk Tea
- Fat Chocobo Mango Frozen Tea
- Cactuar Matcha Milk Tea
Character cups and commemorative key chains
Limited-edition character cups were available while supplies lasted. The campaign also offered commemorative key chains, but designs and qualifying-purchase requirements could differ by region. Square Enix directed customers to ask at participating stores for local details.
How did the Porxie King mount reward work?
During the promotion, customers who bought at least three teas in a single transaction at a participating Gong cha store qualified for a scratch card with a code for the Porxie King mount. The redemption deadline was Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

Redeeming the code required a registered FINAL FANTASY XIV service account; Free Trial accounts could not redeem it. Each code was unique, could be redeemed once, and was assigned to one character on the service account selected during redemption. The announcement said codes did not expire, while reserving Square Enix’s right to set an expiration date with advance notice. That code-term detail does not change the separate September 4, 2024 campaign redemption deadline.

Yes. The announcement specified participating Gong cha stores, and key-chain designs and qualifying-purchase rules could vary by region. It did not provide a complete region-by-region list of locations or terms, so customers needed to check with a local store during the campaign.
