Speak to Captain Randolph, open Entitlements, and choose Connect To Twitch. Linking your Steam and Twitch accounts on their own has not always been enough, so the in-game step is the one to finish. Founder’s Pack eligibility is a separate question, and its dates changed in 2026, so it is covered in its own section below.
Connecting Twitch and retrieving a Drop
Community reports in Moon Studios’ official No Rest for the Wicked forum describe the same sequence. The game-side connection is what makes a claimed Drop appear in your account, so the order below matters.

- Claim the Drop on Twitch first. Earn the reward in the relevant Twitch campaign and press Twitch’s claim control for that Drop. One January 2026 forum report describes a player claiming the Songkeeper reward on Twitch before trying to retrieve it in the game.
- Launch No Rest for the Wicked and speak to Captain Randolph.
- Open Entitlements and select Connect To Twitch. Forum users identify this as the route for linking the game account and reaching Drops.
- Complete the authorization flow the game shows. One forum user reported the activation code was filled in automatically. Treat this as one player’s experience; the screens you see may differ by version.
- Check your character’s inventory and the in-game reward location. In the same thread, a player who initially saw nothing later found the item on their main character.
When the reward does not appear
The forum thread documents connection failures and rewards that took a while to show up. It does not provide a universal fix, and it does not confirm that every expired or past reward can still be recovered. If the item is missing, work through these checks in order:
- Confirm on Twitch that the Drop shows as claimed, not merely earned.
- Confirm the Steam and Twitch accounts are connected, and that the game-side Connect To Twitch step was completed, not just the Steam link.
- Return to Captain Randolph and check inventory again. One forum participant said the reward appeared after connecting and checking a different character, then turned up on the original character. Treat that as anecdotal, not as a rule about how rewards transfer between characters.
- If the reward still does not appear, the official forum is the place where other players and the developers have reported these cases.
Are current Twitch Drops live?
Moon Studios announced Twitch Drops at the Early Access launch on April 18, 2024. That announcement establishes that Drops exist for the game, not which campaigns are running now. We could not confirm a current campaign calendar, end dates, or how long earned rewards stay claimable. Check the live campaign listing on Twitch and your in-game status before telling anyone a specific Drop can still be obtained.

Founder’s Pack: the dates changed
The Founder’s Pack has two sets of published terms, and the later one governs Steam. The table compares them.

The June cutoff of July 10, 2026 has passed, so it no longer applies to new purchases. For Steam buyers, the September notice is the current reference, and purchases made before January 1, 2027 qualify for the Founder’s Pack. For PS5, the Founder’s Pack cannot yet be claimed by preordering, because preorders are expected to open in January 2027. Check the latest Steam and PlayStation store announcements before buying, since launch timing and preorder terms can still change.

Do you need extra hardware or accounts?
No physical product is needed to connect Twitch or claim a Drop. A controller, microphone, or capture card would not affect the account-linking task. Moon Studios does run an official Wicked Creators Club for Twitch and YouTube creators, which offers keys, campaigns, and Twitch Drops among its benefits. It is not an affiliate or commission program, and joining it does not change how you claim a reward.
