To unlock the Storage Unit in Schedule 1, buy Stash and Dash from Ray at Ray’s Realty. After the purchase, follow the new map marker to the unit beneath the north overpass; your entrance is the one with the green door.
Buy Stash and Dash from Ray
- Go to Ray’s Realty, near Blueball’s Boutique and the Post Office.
- Speak to Ray and choose the option to purchase the property named Stash and Dash, also known as the Storage Unit.
- If the office is closed, return during the reported in-game business hours of 6 AM to 6 PM. These hours are reported by GamesRecon.
- Check the price Ray displays before confirming. Published guides disagree: GamesRecon and Gameranx report $5,000, while a Steam Community property guide updated May 6, 2026, reports $4,000. The available sources do not establish which amount applies to every current game version.
Find the Storage Unit after purchase
Once you own it, use the new property marker on your map. Stash and Dash is beneath the north overpass, opposite Taco Ticklers; Dan’s Hardware and the Parking Garage are nearby. The property’s map marker and the green entrance help distinguish your unit from the neighboring gray doors. The location details are described in GamesRecon’s location guide.
What to know about the property
Employee capacity
Older guides say the Storage Unit can employ only one worker. That information is outdated: TVGS’s official v0.3.6 Open Beta announcement, dated May 22, 2025, states, “Increased storage unit employee capacity to 3.” A Steam Community guide updated in 2026 also lists three employees.
Price and other specifications
The price conflict remains unresolved in the cited listings, so the amount shown by Ray in your installed game is the practical figure to use. A May 2026 Steam Community guide describes the property as having one loading bay, but that is community-reported information rather than an official current specification. Guides describe the compact unit as useful for general storage or a small, specialized workspace; a particular production layout is not needed to buy or enter it.
