For a dated map of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2, Gameranx’s March 25, 2024 guide lists 16 NPCs and, separately, four Olympian bosses. The NPCs were spread across the island; eight could be hired in an earlier March 14 snapshot. These are historical locations, not directions for the live game: NPC rosters and placements changed during the season.

The list below follows Gameranx’s March 25 snapshot. Use the named POIs as route anchors; several characters were at unmarked buildings or map edges rather than at a named landmark.

Four bosses listed separately from the NPC roster
The same March 25 guide treats these bosses as a separate group, not as part of its count of 16 characters:
- Zeus: Mount Olympus
- Ares: Brawler’s Battleground
- Cerberus: Grim Gate
- Hades: The Underworld
According to the guide, defeating a boss awarded that boss’s Mythic weapon and a Medallion.
Hireable NPCs and their roles in the March 14 snapshot
Prima Games’ March 14, 2024 guide lists eight characters available for hire at 250 Gold Bars each. Its service descriptions identify the support role, not a guarantee that a character or service was available in later patches.

Prima Games also describes NPCs selling weapons or equipment for Gold Bars, with some offering a duel and a weapon reward for victory. These guides are snapshots, not interchangeable versions of one definitive map. Prima’s March 14 guide counts 15 NPCs; Gameranx’s March 25 guide counts 16. The reported locations also changed: Prima places Laguna at Reckless Railways, while Gameranx places her at a watchtower northwest of Grand Glacier. The March 14 map also puts Skye at a fishing site north of Classy Courts and TNTina in a warehouse west of Fencing Fields; the March 25 descriptions instead place them at the map edge northwest of Classy Courts and at Ship It! Station east of Pleasant Piazza.
Later coverage does not make those earlier locations current. Beebom’s article, updated October 15, 2025, gives a different 15-NPC list and identifies eight hire NPCs; an April 9, 2024 video describes 18 characters after patch 29.20.
