Madame Margot is usually in Flotsam’s inn brothel. Go to the lower level and check the first room on the right after you enter the brothel.
Where to look for Margot
In The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, Margot is the proprietor of Flotsam’s brothel. The Official Witcher Wiki’s character entry places her commonly in the first room on the right after entering the brothel, on the inn’s lower level.
Other time you may see her
Margot also appears during the execution in Flotsam’s City Square. That is an earlier story encounter, separate from her usual location in the brothel.
Why you might be looking for her
During the quest “Hung Over,” Margot recounts what happened at the brothel on the night Geralt and Roche’s men were drunk.
