If you let Sarah stay
Go back to the haunted house in Novigrad. Sarah remains there after the choice, and the later Haunted House quest can follow this branch, with Corinne still connected to the house. The Novigrad Dreaming quest reference provides the choice context.
If you evicted Sarah
She will not be waiting in the haunted house. Her later story has her meeting Johnny, but the references cited here do not give enough detail to point to a precise location. The character reference spells her name “Sara” as well as “Sarah.”
How to check which branch you chose
Recall the decision you made during Novigrad Dreaming: a deal that lets Sarah remain means she is still at the house; making her leave leads to the Johnny outcome. The quest’s choices are outlined in the quest reference.
