Where to find Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing (2)
Travel to the Sealed Tunnel in the Capital Outskirts and look for a false wall near the tunnel entrance. Strike the wall to reveal a concealed area, then open the chest inside to collect the bearing. The available route information establishes the hidden wall and chest near the entrance, but not a complete sequence of landmarks through the tunnel.

How to use the bearing
Return to Roundtable Hold and give the bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks. Their shop will then stock Smithing Stone [3], Smithing Stone [4], and Explosive Stone.
What this bearing unlocks
This bearing adds regular Smithing Stones [3] and [4] to the Husks’ inventory, along with Explosive Stone. It does not unlock Somber Smithing Stones; those belong to a separate bearing series.
