When did The Outer Worlds 2 Direct start?
The Outer Worlds 2 Direct began immediately after the Xbox Games Showcase. Xbox did not announce a separate clock time for the Direct, so it is not accurate to assign it an independent start time without referring to the runtime of a particular archived video.
