Where Xûr was and how to reach him
Xûr appeared at Winding Cove in the European Dead Zone (EDZ). From the Winding Cove transmat zone, travel north past the collapsed overpass. Climb the rockets on the left, or enter the cave near the bend and follow its tunnel to the ledge beside a ship. GameSpot’s April 28, 2023 guide documents the location and route.

Bungie announced in June 2024 that Xûr had opened a permanent Tower storefront, where he would be available Friday to Tuesday and accept Strange Coins. Bungie Help now says Xûr is always in the Tower and points players to the community site Where is Xur? for weekly gear.
