But Epic has not announced a return date or schedule. Fortnite.GG’s shop history records 37 appearances, most recently on August 16, 2026; that history is useful for seeing past availability, not predicting the next one.
When was Plague last in the Item Shop?
Fortnite.GG lists Plague’s latest shop appearance as August 16, 2026, and records 37 shop occurrences. These are third-party historical figures checked October 8, 2026, and the database may differ from other fan trackers or update at a different time. The record shows that Plague has come back repeatedly, but it does not establish a countdown or a dependable rotation pattern.

Has Epic announced when Plague will return?
No return date is established. Epic says the Item Shop “constantly rotates Items” and advises players to check back frequently when an item is no longer available. That is general guidance about rotating shop items, not a promise that Plague will return by a particular date. Epic Games Support
How can you check whether Plague is available?
