The US$24.99 figure is Chucklefish’s announced digital launch price, not a confirmed regional price for every storefront. Physical Standard and Collector’s Editions are planned for a later date, but their platforms, contents and ordering details have not been announced.
What platforms is Witchbrook on?

PlayStation 5 is part of the current day-one roster. That matters if you saw earlier platform lists that omitted it. No current source establishes a separate PlayStation 4 version.
Which Witchbrook version fits the way you play?
There is no published comparative test showing one version has better responsiveness, graphics or control quality. The practical choice is therefore your existing hardware, preferred screen and subscription situation.

Chucklefish and Nintendo list a separate Switch 2 version with handheld, tabletop and TV modes. Do not infer higher frame rates, sharper graphics or different controls from the newer hardware: no source cited here measures those differences.

The original Switch listing labels compatibility on Switch 2 as untested. That notice does not remove the separate native Switch 2 listing; it means you should distinguish the two products when checking your console and purchase details. Xbox One and Series X|S: choose them for Xbox continuity
Xbox has confirmed versions for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. PS5 is a confirmed day-one platform. PlayStation lists one player, up to four online players and Remote Play support. The listing does not document Witchbrook-specific DualSense haptics, adaptive-trigger effects or a PS4 edition.

Should I play Witchbrook on Switch or Switch 2?
Pick the version that matches the console you intend to use; the available evidence does not justify a quality ranking. Both listings advertise handheld, tabletop and TV play, while the original Switch page’s Switch 2 compatibility notice is marked untested.

- Open the matching Nintendo storefront listing instead of assuming one purchase covers both versions.

Does Witchbrook have local co-op?
Current listings describe single-player play and online co-op for up to four people. Xbox Game Pass availability is planned for day one. Game Pass access and the Xbox subscription needed for console online multiplayer are different matters: one concerns how you obtain the game, while the other concerns online-service access.
Chucklefish has also announced later physical Standard and Collector’s Editions: “We’re also pleased to share the news that a physical Standard + Collector’s Edition is in the works!” The announcement does not yet give platforms, contents, price or ordering details, so there is no sound basis for treating either edition as available to preorder.
