What is the WWE 2K26 Ringside Pass?
The Ringside Pass is WWE 2K26’s battle-pass-style progression system. Each season has a free reward track available to all players and an optional Premium track. The tracks progress in parallel: when you reach a tier, rewards on both tracks at that tier become available to claim. Premium adds rewards; it does not skip the progression needed to reach them.

The WWE 2K Support FAQ, published February 23 and updated July 8, 2026, describes about 60 rewards across 40 free tiers and 120 total rewards across the free and Premium tracks. Those are the FAQ’s overall counts, not a promise that every tier contains exactly one item; bundles count among the rewards.
Rewards can include VC, MyFACTION packs and MFP, Island banners and taunts, DLC Superstars, Create-A-Superstar parts, Personas, and other items. The free track remains available even if you do not buy Premium.
How do you earn RXP?
Play eligible matches while connected to the internet. The support FAQ names Play Now, Universe, MyRISE, Showcase, MyGM, MyFACTION, and The Island as modes where matches can reward RXP. Winning gives more RXP, according to the WWE 2K Order and Edition FAQ, and challenges can provide extra RXP.

RXP is not awarded for every match. The FAQ excludes:
- Online-lobby matches.
- Matches with two or more local human players, or matches with friends through platform services.
- Simulated or AI-only matches, except Universe Watch Mode.
- Matches you quit or disconnect from, and matches played partly offline.
You need to participate directly in an eligible match. The Pass also requires WWE 2K26, an internet connection, and a 2K account.

Can you unlock everything at once?
No. Premium-track owners can buy optional tier skips, but a Premium purchase by itself does not grant every reward. You can also keep earning rewards through play without buying skips.

A March 30, 2026 support update reduced the RXP requirement per tier from 800 to 625 for Season 2 and said that requirement would not rise in later seasons. It also described specific catch-up RXP grants for Seasons 1 and 2, including account and play conditions for the Season 2 grant. Those were dated adjustments, not an evergreen bonus; check the in-game pass for your current progress and requirements.
Do Ringside Passes expire?
No. The support FAQ says an older pass remains available after a new season starts. You can put one on hold, equip another, and return later to continue earning its rewards. Only one pass can be active at a time, so you cannot progress two seasons simultaneously.
Which seasons are planned?
The support FAQ lists six Ringside Pass seasons for the year: Season 1 in March, Season 2 in April, Season 3 in June, Season 4 in July, Season 5 in September, and Season 6 in October. It gives months rather than exact dates for most seasons, and the reviewed FAQ does not specify Season 6 content or a confirmed launch date. These are the months in the FAQ, not a guarantee that a season is available on a particular day; check current in-game and official announcements.

What is in Season 5?
2K announced on September 9, 2026, that Season 5 content was available starting that day. Its Premium track features Danhausen, Bam Bam Bigelow, Brie Bella, and Pagano, all claimable at Tier 1. The announcement also lists new Personas, character-creation parts and moves, RXP boosts, Island VC, and MyFACTION tokens. The free track includes Alexa Bliss ’25, Drew McIntyre ’10, and Triple H ’99 Personas.

It is the latest season announcement confirmed in the cited pages; because the support FAQ lists Season 6 for October, Season 5 should not be assumed to remain the newest season. How to choose what to buy
- Count the Premium seasons you actually want, rather than comparing bundle prices alone.
- Check whether the rewards you want are on the free or Premium track.
- If you already own the base game, compare the add-on price with the cost of an edition bundle that includes the game.
- Confirm platform, country, current price, and included seasons on the storefront you will use. Do not assume PlayStation pricing applies to Steam, Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2, or another region.
Which platforms and editions are available?
The WWE 2K Order and Edition FAQ identifies the Standard Edition as available digitally or physically for Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. Special editions are described as digital-only; Steam has no physical option. A physical Standard Edition is a copy of the base game, not the digital Premium Ringside Pass add-on.
Does family sharing work?
For sharing on the same console, the support FAQ says other family members can access owned content when sharing the console with the player who purchased the game and DLC. Each profile keeps its own Ringside Pass progress.
