Xbox announced the second wave of Game Pass additions for June 2025 on June 17, 2025. Three titles arrived that same day: FBC: Firebreak, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, and Lost in Random: The Eternal Die. The remaining eleven additions were dated June 18 through July 1, 2025, and the announcement listed six games leaving the service on June 30, 2025. Everything below reflects that announcement as published; it describes what was scheduled in 2025, not what is in the catalog today.
Available on announcement day (June 17, 2025)
The Wave 2 post, written by Megan Spurr, Senior Community Lead for Xbox Game Pass, marked three games as available on June 17. Each was listed with a different platform and membership combination, so it is worth reading the entries individually.

FBC: Firebreak
Xbox described Firebreak as a cooperative first-person shooter. It was listed for Xbox Cloud Gaming, PC and Xbox Series X|S, and was called a day-one release. Membership coverage was Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time
This was the only June 17 addition listed for console and PC rather than cloud. It was the broadest in membership terms, covered by Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Standard.

Two entries that need a closer read
Rematch
The announcement described Rematch as a 5v5 online team football game and as a day-one Game Pass release. Its listed date, however, was June 19, 2025, not June 17. The post does not reconcile those two descriptions, so the most accurate reading is the one Xbox gave: the game was announced as a day-one Game Pass title with a June 19 date. It was listed for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, not Game Pass Standard.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:

Against the Storm was the one title already on part of the service before its listed date. Xbox said it was already available on Xbox PC and would arrive on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) on June 26, 2025. If you are describing its June 26 date, that addition applies to Xbox Series X|S and cloud, while the PC version was already live.

Games leaving Game Pass on June 30, 2025
Xbox listed six departures for June 30, 2025. Members were told they could use their membership discount to save up to 20% on purchase before the games left. That offer was tied to the June 2025 announcement and should not be read as a standing discount.

How to use this announcement today
- Treat the dates as historical. Every date here belongs to June and July 2025. The announcement does not establish whether any listed game is still in the Game Pass catalog, on the same platforms, or under the same tier.
- Check current availability in the Game Pass app or the Xbox Wire archive. For the original post, see Xbox Wire’s June 17, 2025 announcement.
- Read platform and tier labels literally. A title listed for PC Game Pass is not necessarily covered by Game Pass Standard, and cloud availability is listed separately from console and PC.
- Do not carry over the discount. The up-to-20% purchase offer was tied to the June 30, 2025 departures and is not stated as available now.
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
