Have your T-Mobile account login available, make sure the account is current on payments, and note which line and plan are receiving the Picks. Read the benefit description before accepting it: the required Picks, any minimum term, and any restrictions can be account-specific or subject to change. Compare the total monthly cost of the plan you actually need with the standalone services and lines you would otherwise pay for. Do not assume that paying $75 automatically buys Premium or that paying $95 automatically buys Ultimate. A higher Pick allowance could be useful for several partner benefits, but the Game Pass allocation remains unknown until T-Mobile posts the terms.
Discounts for qualifying customer groups may change the bill, but no discounted amount is established here. Check the account-specific price and AutoPay conditions before switching plans.

Before choosing, compare the current Xbox plan details for the games and benefits you care about, then compare those with the T-Mobile Pick cost once it is published. The catalog figures are Xbox’s changeable product-page descriptions, not fixed annual counts or a promise that every listed game will remain available.
Premium or Ultimate: questions to ask
- Games: Does the catalog include the titles your household actually plays, and are they available on your preferred device?
- Release timing: Does the tier’s timing for new releases matter to you, or are you mainly interested in an established catalog?
- Cloud use: How much cloud-playtime allowance does the current Xbox plan page show, and will your expected usage fit it?
- Extras: Which additional Ultimate benefits are relevant to you, and are they included in the T-Mix version?
- Pick cost: How many Picks will T-Mobile charge each quarter or benefit period? This is still unpublished.
Do not infer that More includes Premium or Loaded includes Ultimate from the plans’ Pick totals. The number of Picks a tier consumes could be different from the number included with a plan.
What is still unknown about claiming the benefit?
The October 26 announcements confirm the planned partner benefit, not the operational details of redemption. They do not establish:

Picks do not carry over and have no cash value. If you receive one Pick this period and do not use it, do not assume it becomes two Picks later. The number a benefit requires can change, so check the then-current terms before changing a selection. Can I buy a Game Pass code instead of waiting for the T-Mix offer?
A retail Game Pass code would be a separate purchase, not proof that you claimed the T-Mobile Pick.
