Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs

Pairing procedure
- Insert two AA batteries or install a compatible rechargeable pack, then press the Xbox button to turn on the controller.
- On an Xbox Series console, open the console’s pairing control and press the controller’s pairing button until the Xbox light flashes. Select the controller when it appears.
- On Windows, open Settings > Bluetooth & devices, turn Bluetooth on, choose Add device, select Bluetooth, and pick the controller from the discovered-device list.

Rechargeable AA cells

How to replace the batteries
- Turn the controller over and remove the battery door.
