How the Xfinity offer worked
In September 2025, Xfinity internet subscribers could claim a beta code in the Xfinity Rewards hub on the website or app, then redeem it through Call of Duty. GameSpot reported the offer and claim route.

- Sign in to Xfinity Rewards and claim the Black Ops 7 beta reward, if it is available to your account.
- Redeem the code at callofduty.com/betaredeem using an Activision account. Activision said a successful redemption registered the player and that an Early Access Beta token would be emailed before the event.
Xfinity’s official community response advised members to sign in as the primary account user, since other users might not have the same reward access. A redeemed reward should remain visible in the member’s rewards history; that support guidance concerns finding a past reward, not claiming an expired one. (Xfinity Community)

Activision’s official schedule divided the event into two windows. The full beta ran October 2–8, 2025.

Those dates and times are from the official Call of Duty preorder guide. Neither window is still available.
Other ways players qualified for beta access
An Xfinity code was not the only route. Activision’s beta FAQ said qualifying digital preorders and selected active Game Pass plans were automatically validated, so those players did not need to redeem a beta code. The FAQ identifies Game Pass Ultimate, PC, and Console plans; Activision’s preorder guide describes the relevant full-game and beta benefits as Ultimate or PC. Eligibility depended on the specific plan and offer terms.

For digital preorders, the FAQ names the Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, Battle.net, and Steam as stores whose purchases did not require a code. Retail preorder codes were generally provided by participating retailers; the preorder guide says select retailers supplied physical-edition codes at the point of sale.
