There are 40 Puzzle Pieces across the five Grand Tome worlds—eight per world—and every four pieces combine into one Pagie. [MapMaster’s collectible count]
Pieces 1–4: the lower casino
1. Timed crate-smashing room
On the main route, look for the red light near the slot machine. Use Yooka’s Camouflage to redirect the light into a beam and aim it at the first lock. Repeat with the second light to open the door. Inside, smash the crates before the timer runs out; Laylee signals that treasure is nearby. [Gamer Social Club’s Capital Cashino guide]

2. Painting beside the fountain
At the central fountain, go around its left side toward the minigames. Hit the wall portrait showing a Pagie Piece to make the real piece pop out. [Gamer Social Club] [MapMaster]
3. Coinelius and the tallest chip stack
Continue past the painting and circle toward the starting area, where Cashital Zee is. Smash the Coinelius statue, follow its coin trail back to the casino-chip stacks, then climb the tallest stack to collect the piece. [Gamer Social Club] [MapMaster]
4. Roulette wheel near the fountain
Find the roulette wheel beside the fountain, between a group of raised roulette wheels and the large stack of red dice. Activate the wheel and guide the metal ball into the segment marked with the Pagie Piece icon. [Gamer Social Club] [MapMaster]

Pieces 5–8: upper casino areas

Follow the main path around the large red dice. A Pagie Piece floats inside a ring of casino chips; when you approach, the chips rise to block the way. Use Camouflage to pass through the barrier and take the piece. [Gamer Social Club]
6. Chip spots on the roof
Near Rextro, climb the large red dice and use the tongue hookshot point to reach the roof. Cross the red roof to another roof with casino chips set into it. Avoid the enemies’ shockwaves and Buddy Slam the chip spots until the piece appears. [Gamer Social Club]

There is a guide discrepancy for this piece: MapMaster’s brief index instead places it on top of a wooden crate after reaching the upper casino by helicopter. If the roof-chip route does not produce the piece in your game, check the in-game marker and nearby crate. [MapMaster]
7. Chip on the narrow ledge
Near the slot machine by Kartos, follow the narrow ledge to a single casino chip hanging off its edge. Roll over the chip or Buddy Slam it to make the piece pop out. [Gamer Social Club]
8. Coinelius trail above the House of Cards
After transforming into a helicopter, fly to the upper side of the casino. Near the roof of the House of Cards, look for a Coinelius on a narrow ledge. Follow the coin trail and smash the golden piggy banks along the way; the Pagie Piece appears at the end. [Gamer Social Club]
MapMaster’s short index describes this last piece differently: it says to inspect a casino token hanging from the upper walkway with a Buddy Slam. If the coin trail does not reveal it, check that hanging token. [MapMaster]
