The Version 1.1 Special Program code for Zenless Zone Zero was UNDERCOVERRNB, but it expired on August 4, 2024. It is historical, not a code to expect to work today. The dated HoYoLAB post that records the code and rewards lists 300 Polychromes, 30,000 Dennies, 2 Senior Investigator Logs, and 3 W-Engine Energy Modules.

The code string and reward quantities come from the [August 3 HoYoLAB post]. The official Version 1.1 recap confirms the deadline: August 4, 2024 at 23:59:59 (UTC+8). The HoYoLAB post gives the time as 23:59 (UTC+8), while the official recap specifies the final seconds. See the [official Version 1.1 Special Program recap].
Because that deadline passed in 2024, UNDERCOVERRNB should not be treated as active.

What to check if a code does not work
For an invalid or already-used message, HoYoverse recommends checking these points:
Rank #2
- Redeemable on accounts in the United States and in U.S. Dollars.
- Gift card must be redeemed at EpicGames.com/redeem. This gift card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly on a console device (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.)
- If you play Fortnite experiences on a console device, you need to link your Epic Games account to your console account(s) so items purchased at Fortnite.com/item-shop appear across all of your linked accounts
- Requires internet connection, valid Epic account and prior acceptance of the terms
- Redemption: Online
- Server region: Confirm you selected the region where your account plays.
- Expiry: The code may have passed its deadline.
- Entry accuracy: Check spelling and character case.
- Previous redemption: A code already redeemed on the account cannot be redeemed again.
HoYoverse advises players to rely on official code channels for code announcements and troubleshooting guidance. See its [support article on redemption issues].

A separate HoYoLAB user post listed seven codes with an August 14, 2024 deadline at 18:00 (UTC+8).
