Is Lucy still available in 2026?
HoYoverse was still featuring Lucy in official promotion in 2026. Its July 17, 2026 Version 3.1 rewards overview for the game’s 2nd Anniversary Celebration described a free “Princess on Holiday” outfit event that involves her. That shows Lucy remains part of official promotion. It does not show that she is currently available through a banner or that any offer is active.
