What Fortnite’s reported XP boosters would do
According to EGamersWorld’s report of HYPEX’s datamine, the test system could increase XP earned from matches and quests. Some boosts may be limited by duration or game mode; the report says one test boost applied only to Solo Builds. Those details, like the feature itself, are unconfirmed.

The report cautions that test values could change. In particular, the 400% figure is a reported file value, not evidence that players can activate a quadruple XP boost.
Who might be eligible—and what is still unknown
The reported mode and duration limits could mean a boost would not apply to every Fortnite activity or remain active indefinitely. But Epic has not published eligibility requirements, and the report does not establish who would receive each boost or how players would unlock one.

EGamersWorld also describes a possible Fortnite Crew bonus with three rumored tiers: +5%, +10%, and +20%. It attributes those tiers to HYPEX and says they may depend on subscription tenure and remain active only while a subscription is active. Epic has not confirmed those tiers. The report’s suggestions that boosts might come through Crew, the Battle Pass, or quests are speculation, not established reward paths.
Reported stacking rules are not confirmed
In the reported test behavior, boosts of the same type would not stack; the highest would apply. Different types would add together. These are alleged mechanics from the leak, not rules players can rely on in the current game.

How this differs from Fortnite’s documented XP systems
Epic’s support documentation lists quests, match play, eligible Creative maps, and other in-game activities as ways to earn XP. It also describes temporary Supercharged XP and periodic Double XP events. Those documented systems are separate from the reported booster test and do not confirm it. Epic defines XP as experience points earned through quests and other in-game accomplishments in its XP documentation.
Epic’s Battle Pass page says the pass ends November 1, 2026, Eastern Time; it can be acquired for 800 V-Bucks or through Fortnite Crew, and rewards are unlocked by earning XP in Fortnite experiences. Those are Battle Pass details, not evidence that the pass grants the rumored boosters.

What players should do now
- Do not plan around a +400% boost or assume any rumored percentage is available in-game.
- Use Fortnite’s documented XP activities and check Epic’s official support information for current XP rules.
- Treat Crew tiers, mode restrictions, duration limits, stacking behavior, and possible unlock paths as unconfirmed unless Epic announces them.
EGamersWorld’s report attributes the leak to HYPEX, but its publication date is not visible in the available page, and the original HYPEX post was not available. Epic’s official materials cited here do not address this specific report.
