How are Galactic War Campaigns supposed to work?
Arrowhead described Galactic War Campaigns as an evolution of the existing Major Orders system. The planned campaigns would last one to three weeks, make the war’s status and stakes clearer, and offer more rewards when campaign conditions are met. The announcement does not provide a complete final ruleset, so details such as the specific conditions and rewards remain unspecified.
What are Planet Warfront missions?
Arrowhead presented Planet Warfronts as future missions. A June 5, 2026 report offers more detail, describing them as dynamic, roguelite-inspired activities. Its examples include defending liberated territory, fighting on a frontline, or being cut off behind enemy lines. The report also describes strategic locations such as cities, enemy variants that change across a planet, gameplay-altering effects, time-pressured liberation objectives, and a game-master role that can alter mission conditions. What does Arrowhead’s broader roadmap tell us?
