The standard raid pools were reshuffled several times that month, on February 7, 11, 14, 18 and 25, so no single lineup covered the whole month.
This is a historical record of February 2020, not a current raid list. Raid rotations in the game have changed since then, so do not use these lineups to plan present-day raids.
Tornadus and the five-star window
Tornadus was February 2020’s headline Legendary raid. Its window ran from February 4 at 1 p.m. to February 25 at 1 p.m. PST, a span of roughly three weeks rather than a calendar month. The end time is given in Pacific time in the reporting, so players in other time zones would have seen the window close at a different local hour. The same February 25 date also began a special Pokémon Day pool, covered below.
February 2020 rotation timeline
The table below lists each pool change in order. The lower-tier species for each pool are described in the sections that follow.

Contents of each event pool
Sinnoh Celebration pool (February 7 to 10)
The community change log lists Sinnoh-themed raid changes across the lower tiers, including Shinx, Burmy forms, Hippopotas, Timburr, Klink, Electabuzz, Magmar, Misdreavus, Roselia, Prinplup, Kricketune, and several Sinnoh evolutions. This was an event-specific pool. It should be read as the reported roster for that date range, not as a guaranteed set of bosses at every gym.
Tornadus-era return additions (February 11)
When the Tornadus layout came back on February 11, the log lists Blitzle, Roggenrola and Cubchoo among the lower-tier options added to it. The log does not give a full tier-by-tier list for this date, so these three are the only additions it names.

Valentine’s event roster (February 14 to 17)
The log describes the Valentine’s roster as a set of pink-colored Pokémon, including Luvdisc, Lickitung and Miltank. The lower and upper raid tiers each held several options. If you reproduce this pool, record both the date range and the tier, because the log does not attach every species to a single tier.
Lickitung Raid Day (February 15)
Lickitung had its own timed Raid Day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time on February 15, and the featured Lickitung knew Body Slam. This was separate from the general Valentine’s rotation, so treat it as its own event with its own time window.

Pokémon Day pool (from February 25)
The log records a special Pokémon Day pool beginning February 25. Its lower-tier raids featured the Kanto starter Pokémon, alongside a themed mix of other bosses. The log does not provide the complete membership of this pool.

What these sources can and cannot confirm
- The lineups above come from iMore’s report on the February 2020 event announcement and from a retrospective community change log. The change log is not an official Niantic archive.
- No official Niantic archive was found that lists the full tier-by-tier roster for every date in February 2020. Where a tier is not named in the log, it is left out here rather than guessed.
- Pool membership varied by event and date, so a February 2020 raid boss should always be checked against its specific date range.
