A Microsoft External Staff moderator says Rewards offers vary by region and can disappear when unavailable, but Microsoft has not confirmed whether this specific option will return or when.
Which 100 Robux option was removed?
This refers to the 100 Robux redemption previously listed in the Microsoft Rewards catalog—not Robux already in a Roblox account or necessarily the Roblox app in the Microsoft Store. People have also reported missing 200- and 400-Robux options, but reports do not establish a universal change across all accounts or regions.
Microsoft’s guidance is that offers can vary by country or region. Check the redemption catalog while signed in to the Microsoft account you use for Rewards to see what is currently available to you. Microsoft Q&A
What Microsoft has—and has not—said
On August 12, 2026, Microsoft External Staff moderator Vikki-T wrote on Microsoft Q&A: “Microsoft Rewards offers can change over time and vary by country/region. Some gift cards are not available all the time, so they can disappear from the Redeem catalog when unavailable. Microsoft does not publish a restock schedule, and the support guidance notes that timelines for when a specific gift card will return are not provided.”

This is moderator guidance about catalog availability, not a formal explanation of the internal decision. It does not establish that the 100 Robux reward was removed because of a partnership ending, fraud controls, demand, or any other specific cause. Nor does its absence prove permanent discontinuation: Microsoft has not confirmed either a return or a date.
Does the 2023 explanation apply?
A Microsoft Q&A reply dated February 16, 2023 said the 100 Robux gift card had been removed “about 3 days ago” because “Roblox ran out of them.” That reply is historical community guidance about the 2023 event; it does not verify why the reward disappeared in a later catalog change. 2023 Microsoft Q&A thread

- If the option is absent, check again later if you wish; Microsoft does not publish a restock schedule, so avoid relying on predicted return dates.
- For an account- or region-specific question, contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

If you meant the Roblox app
The Rewards catalog and the Windows app are separate issues. Roblox says the current app is named “Roblox – Windows”; progress, friends, Robux, and inventory are tied to the Roblox account and remain safe when switching to the new app. Roblox: How to install and play Roblox on Windows

Roblox gift cards are a paid purchase, not a way to redeem Microsoft Rewards points. Roblox says physical cards are sold through local retailers and online in certain countries; availability depends on the market. Retail codes are redeemed in a browser at roblox.com/redeem. Check local sellers for current availability rather than assuming a particular card, denomination, or price is offered.
