If you mean the 2023 Forza Motorsport, it had not been officially delisted in the latest dated evidence: Turn 10 promoted it for purchase on Xbox and Steam on August 25, 2026. What is uncertain is the game’s future support and the series’ next steps. The older Forza Motorsport 7 is the entry that was officially delisted, in 2021.
Is the 2023 Forza Motorsport delisted?
No—not according to Turn 10’s August 25, 2026 sale announcement, which linked to Xbox and Steam purchase pages. That is evidence the game was being offered for sale at that time, not a guarantee of current availability, price, or availability in every region. The announcement described a limited-time sale, so its advertised 60% discount should not be treated as a live offer. Turn 10’s August 2026 announcement also described the game as featuring more than 500 cars and 30 tracks.

Buying the game, accessing it through a subscription, and receiving new updates are separate questions. Turn 10 listed Game Pass for PC and console among the game’s launch access routes in October 2023, but that launch information does not establish whether it is in the current catalog. Check the current Game Pass catalog rather than relying on the launch announcement.
Was Forza Motorsport 7 removed?
Yes. Turn 10 announced that Forza Motorsport 7 would leave the Microsoft Store and Xbox Game Pass on September 15, 2021. The notice said people who already owned it could continue downloading and playing it. That delisting applies to Forza Motorsport 7, not the 2023 game. Why does the series seem to have disappeared?
The confusion is understandable: a game can remain purchasable while its future update schedule or the next entry is unclear. In an October 2025 interview, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer rejected the idea that the Motorsport IP had been cut off, but described shifting focus to games releasing earlier and sometimes giving developers more time. He did not announce a new Forza Motorsport date or specify a support schedule. Windows Central’s coverage of the Famitsu interview reports his remarks; its English wording is a reported translation, not an independently verified English transcript.
Turn 10 also described a plan in August 2025 to bring back one additional Featured Tour at the start of each month until all Tours had returned, with returned Tours and rewards remaining available indefinitely. That was a dated plan, not confirmation that the monthly cadence continued unchanged through October 2026. See Turn 10’s August 2025 update.
